That's interesting. I view running as more of a self-preservation skill. I think of creativity as more making plays outside of the structure of the offense, or at least, baiting defenders out of position with looks and pump fakes and such.
There's always those that complain about where "their guy" is ranked, but creativity is not were I'd rank Matthew Stafford greatest weakness in this list. Any other quarterbacks throwing no-look passes?

Well, they get coverage because of a massive fan base but one thing you don't do is trade popular players. Especially great popular players in their prime.

That sounds like a reasonable explanation, but, for the life of me, I can't recall Troy Reeder ever making much of an impact on special teams. I'm sure he has, at some point. It's just that my memories of him are flooded with missed tackles!
It's a strong roster to be sure but there was one big wtf moment that has yet to be addressed by the Rams.
The Paul thing makes zero sense....as did the trading of Earnest Jones last year. Conversely, Reeder's ceiling was reached long ago. There is no upside there. It's almost like they don't want athleticism at mlb.
The Pual cut makes zero sense. Must've been something other than play because Reeder can't do the things on the field that Paul can.
