The office market here in Ireland is tied to most of the major public pension funds. It's where most of thier rental income came from. Agree the office market should not be a belleweather for economic health however. We tend to work on a 4 day week anyway - but for that I blame our pub culture! 😅

Reckon they split down the middle. Blue vs red but it's house to house rather than state vs state. Global recession as the blue states pay for the red in the large. Bot farms and drone wars and last billionaire out get the lights - ggs, as the gamers say.

So the Alien: Earth TV show is really bad. Really bad. It is difficult to overstate how disappointing it is, in a series that has disappointed in every installment after Aliens. There's a lot wrong with it. The tone is Marvel camp. But really my biggest quibble is the incessant Ice Age references.

Delighting in the comments section of Gavin Newsom's 4 hour appearance on the Shawn Ryan show. It's a bot-farm vivarium. That, or America is truly fully tapped. California should probably just cede from 'Murica and let the deranged MAGAnites eat eachother in the ensuing collapse.
