I would think that Miller would find that description both accurate and flattering. We have an entire industry without any courage.
This is lovely, inevitable and sad — not for anything that might happen to the participants, all of whom deserve a terrible and embarrassing fate — but for the fact that this is where we find ourselves in 2025.

Former Jones Day partner here. In fairness, the firm looked bad enough in David Enrich's book -- which I endorse completely and thoroughly enjoyed -- that there's really not much more to say. They're servants of the damned, for sure, but they're far from alone.
