It's coming close to a year since I started working on this "little" personal project that was supposed to be something quick and silly. This Ivysaur is one of four band members. Maybe if I know people actually like this project I'll feel more motivated to get it done

I'm totally biased but Indian cooking is definitely one of my favorites. But so is Italian
I do that enough without being cursed lol It is true though that it's been fun to learn about how different the approaches to cooking are between Indian and Italian. Indian cooking is maximalist, ALL of the flavors. Italian cooking is minimalist, just a few ingredients.
I've tried samosas with quite a variety of things in them, but I don't think tomatoes are one of those things. Tomatoes are used A LOT in Indian cooking though

We make pasta sauces from scratch when we make pasta. The first couple of times I tried I put everything in, like Indian cooking My gf informed me that the Italian method is to have very few high quality ingredients, and I think I agree that's the best way for pasta sauce

Yes! I was actually thinking of adding another part to mention exactly that! Passive statements, by-the-ways, just-so-you-knows, kind of things. Not letting it hang like you're prompting them to say something to you
