I watched 2 freeway on/off ramps in Upper No orange Co CA and edge of LA Co being revamped for OVER 4 years and still not completed. It's insane. And CA roads are an insurance hazard nitemare because of ever lasting potholes of gigantic nature and awful pavement. Big rigs are the major fault.
