Iâd add that if masking is tough on your mental health, you do not want ANY part of the restrictions on your life and coping mechanisms that a new chronic physical illness might impose. I used to rely heavily on exercise for mood. Now I canât even go for a walk. And thatâs the tip of the iceberg.

As a disabled person whoâll have to be unmasked for a procedure in 2 weeks, Iâd be so grateful if folks who donât usually mask considered pitching in to help curb this surge. N95s work best but if what youâve got is cloth, popping it on to go into the grocery store is way better than nothing! Ty<3

If you are angry, as you should be, that restricting access to the vaccine will make covid worse and more dangerous, please start wearing a mask, which actually does a significantly better job of preventing transmission in the first place.

For a while I had almost daily tension headaches, which I think really lowered my baseline. These were resolved by getting braces. Although getting braces also lowered my baseline.

Aside from the present, my understanding is that scientists knew in the 40s and 50s that cigarettes caused lung cancer and that tobacco companies essentially ran a propaganda campaign. I think thatâs a lot like how alt right health works right now.

A Dutch #pwME urgently needs TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) because she has gastroparesis and cannot tolerate food or any other form of tube feeding. But the hospital refuses, saying they donât provide this to pw ME. Is there anyone in the international community who can help?
