Iām using sealed for life bearings now to get around integrated cockpit issues. More expensive up front but means you never have to change brake lines because cutting the hoses for the 3rd time makes them too short.
I find modern tubeless piss easy with a caveat: On good tyres, your time is spent not seating the tyre but getting the tyre correctly on the rim. Once on a foot pump is all you need. Used to mount by hand no problem but seating the older tyres was a pain often meaning I used the air compressor.
Totally normal with hand made cotton tyres.

Not directly. You have to export a file from the web app & drop into Strava. A bit of a pain. Iāve got TP Premium but tend to use Rouvy which does link directly to Strava & if you look at my thread from this morning Rouvy works well with the Zwift cog & click. TPV wonāt.

The Z cog is designed for Shimano freehub / HG. The adapters for mounting come with the trainer. The Kickr Core comes with slide in 9mm & 142mm adapters (donāt remember if boost 148 is in the box). The climb with both 9 & 100/12 + 100/15 & 110/15mm for mtb forks.
The flexibility of the Z cog set up is a winner. The bike you put on the trainer may be Shimano / SRAM or Campag & may be 9mm skewers or 12mm thru axles, doesnāt matter. My daughterās bike could be swapped out for mine in a couple of minutes tops. Iāve got my issues with Zwift but this is good.
Yesterday! Works spot on. 1 thing that needs to be understood about the set up: In a ERG mode / training plan the Kickr climb doesnāt work & gears are superfluous. You are riding to Watts only, so connect HRM to the app. In selected route / free mode gears & climb makes it a better experience.

Apple TV. Meaning you can have click gears or a heart rate monitor not both. My work around is simple: On Training Peaks sessions HRM connected. On free ride maps click gears connected. Watts are watts, donāt need gears for ERG mode. Mind be easier if Apple TV box was designed to normal needs.
Zwift cog & click mini review. Was going to buy an xd driver for my Wahoo Kickr core, LBS pointed out the Z cog would work with Rouvy so took a punt. Actually pretty good. Easy to set up & I can swap out any bike with any cassette easily. The bad bit is only have 2X Bluetooth channels on

Not sold on this. Indoor training is just that - training. Training isnāt riding for fun, itās following a target, whether thatās fitness, a big sportive or racing. Most racing isnāt on open roads with cars. The Sunday cafe ride isnāt relevant to training. (Iām on Rouvy as CX starts this month)

MM also made sure the Honda got harder to ride every year making the front end stronger & the rear shitter. Honda were happy to oblige. Pecco canāt beat MM at front end games. I donāt think the front is his problem. Which leads me to ask, mass dampers, do different riders have different tunes?
A rider wants 1 thing, absolute predictability. Knowing exactly how far you can push the front, consistency in how rear grip also pushes the front. MM had the best front end in the Honda with a rear that was fundamentally shit. He liked it that way because nobody else could ride it.
