You are a citizen as much as anyone born here. Becoming one took some effort. My daughter has lived in Germany for over 30 yr and has recently taken steps to be a citizen now because she no longer has to give up her US citizenship. She wants to be able to vote there..

Indiana only has 2 Dem districts. The 7th and 1st are the smallest in geographical size. The larger in size are Republican but the population, of course, is roughly 750,000 + in each Dem and Republican district. The only way they could redistrict would be to just eliminate those Dem districts...
