They start by getting rid of the evidence. That's the proof that they're lying -- and know that they're lying. It's not a surprise -- JFK Jr's modus operandi has always been to pretend that the contrary evidence doesn't exist, and offer sloppy, retracted, and/or fraudulent research in its place.

"Asking ChatGPT" does NOT count as a "doing a fact check". ChatGPT answers change at the drop of a hat, & justifications for it's answers can be entirely imaginary. Eg. Chat GPT is known to cite imaginary legal citations & scientific papers - and hallucinate more when these errors are pointed out.

I love this but note that the school day often doesn't accommodate library trips, many kids never learn the skills to navigate the library, and nearly all kids are too broke to buy books. Not to mention that kids don't know what they don't know. That's why school book bans must be fought hard.
