You have to organize. I don't know what else to tell people. And organizing is not sexy and it is difficult and it matters that you be persistent. We need long-distance runners right now.
It needn't even be overtly political. Anytime you gather with community it helps build solidarity. Always involve food, it'll double the turn out too! This is one I'm organizing. The guest leads a writer group. Conversation could easily verge into recent local public school book ban.
Haven't heard much protesting about this specifically. Teachers union just broke off mediated talks with province and a strike might be imminent, so they're particularly preoccupied atm.

I understand that the oceans are releasing more energy to atmosphere because they have absorbed most the excess, and therefore have more to give. Because the earth as a whole is absorbing more than it emits, the EEI, how much of that is attributed to the ever-larger mass of energy storing ocean???

Maybe someone has done the math. The question is - does the larger volume of ocean water's increased heat uptake contribute to the imbalance of incoming solar radiation : outgoing heat. This imbalance is known as EEI. Why is EEI increasing? Many say b/c less aerosols. Is it larger oceans too?
