Picket where the decision makers actually are. I was at a complex in the hospital, not the administrative building. There was no point of harassing my family and others as patients and family where the people in charge aren’t going to notice.

They are protesting at the hospital. The people in charge aren’t even at that building. They aren’t going to be negatively affected by it. Patients and their families ARE affected by it. Protest where it matters.
I agree but hassling patients and their families on some of the worst days of their lives deserves anger. I agree they should have safe working conditions and proper staffing levels not just for staff but for patients. But picketing patients and visitors is shit. And they’re the only ones who care.
