Both parents died in 2025, w/in 3 months of each other. They'd been divorced for more than 50 years, so 2 estates, 2 trusts. What keeps me going is knowing that I'll get through it. But this is devastating - & I never know which words, activities or thoughts will activate the knife wound of grief.
