Wave Rock is amazing. A bit of a trek to get to but it will show you some of Australia that not many people see. Uluṟu is majestic and wonderful and finally treated respectfully but lots of tourists obvs. Same for the Barrier Reef (except for the respect!). Look for indigenous culture, it’s fab.
