For decades, Republicans in Washington have told us that tax cuts would trickle down to workers. Instead, wealth and power have accumulated in the hands of the richest 1% at the expense of the rest of us. Trickle-down economics was never supposed to work. It was a hoax.
I hope people realize how absolutely fucked this situation is. This isn’t normal. People are resigning all over the place because the government is mishandling our data, ruining our public health services, and generally making Americans less safe.

Republicans snuck a line into their "big beautiful bill” that could CLOSE nearly 200 Planned Parenthood locations. And guess what? 90% of those centers would be in states where abortion is LEGAL. It’s one step closer to banning abortion nationwide.
