Right now Dems should be making plans and prioritizing. One list for over 50% and one for a supermajority (impeach Kennedy, Bondi, Homan etc). Draft planned legislation right now, and campaign on it.

It seems to me that only something like a nuclear war or unchecked disease could wipe out most of humanity. Global warming will slowly reduce the population to a more manageable scale. But history will remain. Now - whether humans learn from it is another story.

I worked in the oil business and periodically we would a class in effective writing. We were always told not to use technical jargon when communicating with someone not versed in our specialty. Make your point using words everyone can understand. What is so hard about that? Know your audience.

Sadly, I never donate to any campaign. With the number of texts I get when I donāt donate, I canāt imagine what would happen if I did! Itās too bad - there are campaigns I would like to donate to, but the āsystemā is like a voracious monster always wanting more.
