Sounds like thereās an extra verse or two in there. Iāve read Van saying the song was originally longer, but he cut it down to give it a better chance to hit as a single.
At the risk of suffering oxygen deficiency just from imagining the amount of hairspray deployed for this picture, I must ask if the name of the album is āIām Gonna Win Goadsā, or if the album is called āIām Gonna Winā and the band is, for some reason, called āGoadsā. Either way, nobody wins.
I believe that āpraying around the waterbedā was a popular practice back in the 70sā¦ just not for the same outcomes the Browns might be going for.

Also, I buy thinly-sliced sourdough all the time, which I toast and use on sandwiches with ease. Perhaps itās a skill issue with this person and sheās literally too dumb to know how to toast bread?
I just saw the Rick Estrin and the Nightcats yesterday at a local blues festival put on by Little Village Records. Rick is slowing down a bit but can still play the hell out of the harmonica. And Kid Anderson is, of course, a guitar wizard up there with Little Charlie himself.
Iām guessing that the magazines clip onto the top of the cameras and are not visible in the picture.
