They are shutting down all the hospitals around me in semi-rural Maine. I am type 1 diabetic. I can't get a doctor to treat me closer then 2 1/2 hours away. That means to get my checkup every 3 months I have to take the day off from work. I feel sad for those that don't have transportation ๐ฅ

My family live in Maine. I am 2 1/2 hours from the border. My wife and I take several weekends away up in Canada each year. I am also fearful of what Canadians might think of us. I am an ashamed American and can't believe we elected this Buffon again.

I have adopted several children out of foster care with mental health issues. I just received a letter from their doctor. They are closing immediately citing funding issues. This is bullshit. These kids do not deserve this.

I just renewed my car insurance last month and it went up 15% with no accidents or tickets. When I called to ask why , the rep only said it was normal. I shopped around and could not do better.

I have two special needs children in elementary school right now. I am so scared they will loose their services and more importantly the ability to be included with their peers in school and activities. They are the sweetest kids and deserve the best.
