The message Trump gives to law enforcement officers if this is true is: “Enforce the law and you are chumps!” No wonder an increasing number of people are afraid to visit and spend money in the US!
This so called "administration" has already made its contempt for professional law enforcement quite clear, but I have to admit that if this is true it really does take the cake. How Republicons in Congress are willing to put up with such behavior is just beyond me.
