Here’s what I see: A) The vast majority of Dems have coalesced around a morally clear platform. B) The vast majority of elected Dems have coalesced around protecting and pleasing their donors. C) Those two encampments are miles apart.
You know what's crazy? There have been no op-eds or editorial statements in major newspapers this year calling on Trump to resign. None calling for his impeachment. None asking if he's medically fit to be in office. Not one in any major newspaper all year.

I have a chronic condition. I also have health insurance. One treatment is $3500. My portion is $2000. If I weren’t insured, the cash price for the procedure would be $1000. But, since I have insurance, I don’t qualify for the cash price. Health insurance is a fucking scam.

I live in what I would call a "starter home" neighborhood. Ten years ago my house and my neighbors houses were around 140K. Now, these same crappy houses are selling for 350k. It makes no sense.
Some folks haven’t spent decades fighting a GOP-dominated government and it shows… The GOP always lies. They are corrupted by big donors. They cover up both lies and corruption. They never admit to any wrongdoing. They project their illegal activity on to the other side. Rinse. Repeat.

Listen, they won’t leave him over sexual abuse charges, but they will leave him over high grocery, gas, and utility prices… Rent is skyrocketing and wages are stagnating. Talk about the economic pain. They will deny abuse, but they won’t deny their light bill. They don’t practice empathy.
If my taxes don’t pave my roads or fix my bridges or keep my schools open 5 days a week or pay local teachers a living wage or help keep my hospital open or help my neighbor’s kid eat lunch or fund public television or my healthcare… Why the f’ck should I pay taxes?

I absolutely agree! We can't grow our small business because we couldn't afford to buy health insurance for employees and for the last 10 years one of has had to always have a job that offers health insurance because it is too expensive to buy.
