The solution is not walling up the space and shouting out to the people we want votes from. So people only “hear” about 5% of what’s going on? We need to be in that 5%. By not listening to younger people or engaging in their media were in the 95% who seen useless.
I don’t think it’s so much convincing as not connecting to the democrats in their spaces. Not recognizing challenges that face younger people. Not validating the general feel of disenfranchisement among young regular people and seeming relevant.

I’m GenX but I wish people would listen more to Gen Z about this. There is an inherent advantage being an incumbent, particularly in a “safe seat.” It’s very difficult to take on one in a primary and win. Donor money and name recognition matter.
