This stuff is so good! You deserve to eat good food.
Beat an egg, drop in the zucchini, then coat it with the flour and fry it in hot oil.
Add dry ingredients to moist ingredients until you have a thick dough. There should be a little bit of flour left. Stir in1/3 cup raisins and 3/4 cup pecans. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the flour, roll into a ball, and flatten slightly. Bake 12-15 minutes. Use the leftover flour on the zucchini.
