It says you want to be heard but refuse to hear others. People who abuse the feature get muted.
It's a good idea, but a terrible slogan because it is not instantly understandable to 100% of those who hear it the first time. "Black lives matter" is a bad slogan because many unthinking people's frist reaction is "All lives matter". A slogan shouldn't need explanation or 2 seconds of thought.
