There are certain states- places here where the people take their freedom and liberty very seriously. These places have lots of guns. There's a deep rooted dislike of Feds. I don't see an occupation in those places

Kentucky had to put a Constitutional Amendment on the ballot and the people had to vote. It would've allowed taxpayer money to go to these schools. It was highly promoted as a great thing - "School Choice". It was voted down - in a landslide.
