Local/State law enforcement need to be arresting any ICE agent who cannot identify themselves as a federal agent and who can not provide a warrant. They could be anyone and without a warrant they are simply guilty of kidnapping.

This isnāt some crazy conundrum. Crime should not be addressed by violating the constitution. It should be addressed by training and education reform for local law enforcement. You will never eliminate crime in a society with no safety net. Addressing the causes of crime is also critical.
