About 1000 people today at the music festival in Ventura. Somewhat less than I had hoped.
So far so good. And what a catch by #7.

For those outside the country who believe that we are “doing nothing”, I would like to tell you some of the things we do. We call/write our representative and our senators weekly. We boycott Tesla, Target, Amazon, etc. We write educational postcards to voters. And we protest multiple times a week.
It is Sept. 1, 2027. You are looking out the window. The judiciary did not hold. Congress failed to provide any restraint. Republicans “won” the 2026 midterms maintaining control of the House and Senate. What do you see out that window?
As I drove to Camarillo for today’s protest my GPS took me on back roads to avoid the 101. I went past an orchard. There was a lot of fruit on the trees AND a lot of fruit lying on the ground. Concerning.

Reminder: the Camarillo Protest on the Carmen overpass is Saturday at 11 AM. I know it will be hot, however, Camarillo is always a bit cooler and there is a nice breeze on the overpass.
What am I missing here? Is there anyone who WANTS a business or company to sell your personal information? Why do I always have to take an action to shut that down? Why shouldn’t it be that you have to take an action if you want them to sell it?

Today was the last day of the weekly Camarillo Tesla protest. There were 14 of us and once again it was all old people. Where are the younger ones? Don’t it always seem to go that you don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone?
