Im a former rn, and from what I can see, I'm going to say 12 months if he makes it through cold and flu season.
Sooner or later, he will need dialysis and with chf that comes with a high risk of sudden cardiac death, which is what happened to my husband.
It probably hurts to walk with the edema and possibly ulcerated wounds. His breathing is probably labored, and i can see signs if this with shoulders heaving and mouth opening for extra air. The confusion, lethargy all indicate O2/blood flow issues to the brain.
I can tell you that he absolutely does feel like shit. My late husband suffered from CHF/renal failure. In his last weeks he presented exactly as Trump does now. Trump has been sick for awhile. The progression is just now undeniable.
