Sorry, now that I've had a second to cool down, I should clarify, I exaggerated because I was mad. The conversation was a bit longer. But it was like 3 minutes long! He told me what my maximum heart rate is & stuff like that, then we parted. It was NOT long enough for what they're charging me.

Whenever we do a bad lads run in any video game, there are just a few rules: - The bad lads must be beautiful like Ken dolls (preferably glistening) - The bad lads MUST be bad - The bad lads must never bring along a female companion (to do so would taint the sanctity of the frat party) that's it.
I need to do a 4-person BG3 run where we're playing Bad Chad, Bad Brad, Bad Thad, and Bad Vlad, four frat boys who are terrorizing the Sword Coast and just plain being bad.

FFXIV is very special to me—it not only brought me closer to my best friends, it also made me fall in love with storytelling during periods when I was feeling burnt out & frayed. Its messages have stayed with me for years. It's like an old beloved friend. So I'm feeling many feelings!
There's no way 2018 Sadie, who'd just started FFXIV with friends as a brand new White Mage, could've known that someday the cookbook she led as project lead & the gift set cookbook stand she helped develop would be on the FFXIV launcher for all to see. Oriana aiding rebels is ALSO what allowed her (far more corrupt) brother to secure the position as head of House Ivrea, so this article filled a lot of people with dread when they realized that asking Oriana for help meant that they'd given her brother SIGNIFICANT power and caused her arrest.
And then the second article discusses two leaders stepping down due to the desires of "the people," but the players knew that smelled shady, and they later found notes confirming that they were asked to step down with the threat of death, as the leaders had decided to scapegoat them. It's SO fun.
My favorite part of GMing my current campaign (a rebellion against a corrupt magocractic empire) is making handouts FULL of propaganda for my party to scour for truth. The first article mentions Oriana "recuperating from an injury," but Cassian actually has her under house arrest for aiding rebels.
