Concentrating ownership and wealth with the few requires laws giving liberties for them to do that. Those liberties of wealth require the majority to pay for that and those same laws restrict the liberties of people to live their lives and do so by restricting rights.
Ok. Conservatives measure freedom by how much money an individual can get (not earn). Liberals measure either how well the majority of people or the margins of society can meet needs and improve their situations.

Sort of. We are only free to murder if we are licensed to do so as a soldier or law enforcement or self-defense. And we are free to walk down the street as long as we are dressed culturally appropriately. Not naked or in some places, not wearing a hijab. Cultural differences are a foundation.

Some US courthouses in the US have Liberty is adherence to the law in stone above their entrances. Natural rights are not liberties. They are rights. Right to life, Liberty... Liberty is the limit set by the laws. If only a few have liberty, then the rest are oppressed. All have rights.
It's a fundamental question at the foundation of what you are trying to do on your website. I suppose you might be able to use a ruler depending on your view of how to measure freedom. But in general, I was thinking of a societal measure, not an engineering one.
