I say we lay the blame for every school shooting at the feet of the conservatives on the court, who refuse to admit that the second amendment starts with the phrase "A well regulated Militia".
Wow, Alito filed his report on time. That’s the first time he has done that in years. Still not believable. They have carved out major exceptions for what they even have to report. Q. When is a gift not a gift? A. When a billionaire gives a gift to a conservative Supreme Court Justice.

The Post is no longer a trusted source for news, info or ideas. They say the editorial page is dedicated to “free markets and personal liberties”, but you never see any op-eds from the board about tariffs, and Bezos backed down from showing the cost of tariffs on Amazon.

The American Judicial system is a mess, especially the Supreme Court. It's hyper partisan, takes forever to hand down decisions, pretends to be above it all so as to evade any responsibility for it's decisions, rewrites the constitution and then cry like babies anytime anyone criticizes them.

And yet the big news at the top of every paper in the U.S. is the Sean Combs trial. Probably will be the lead on the nightly news too.
One thing to remember: if the conservatives in Congress are OK with this, the conservatives on the Supreme Court will probably be ok with it too. After all, they enabled it in the first place.
The reason were not there yet is because the Supreme Court has told him he can do whatever he wants to with no consequences. There is literally nothing he can do that the current court isn’t ok with.
The media portrays them as moderates, but has one of their votes ever stopped a Republican bill? I sincerely doubt it.

Perhaps someone should ask her what Social Security is.
In 2023 the Court ruled, in Counterman v. Colorado, that violent threats were perfectly ok, that you had to weigh the intention of the threat. Now Roberts says that any criticism of the court is unacceptable, because it might lead to violence. Whatever.
I don't think he's oblivious. He's part of a conspiracy to turn the U.S. into an oligarchy, by rewriting the constitution with Supreme Court decisions.
