I was really astounded to find myself proud of Marjorie Taylor Greene today. She spoke from the heart, and she made good points.
I’m no lawyer but my guess is that Trump has plenty wiggle room here, under the LETTER OF THE LAW. E.g. having previously declared Tren de Aragua a terrorist org, international waters, etc. The INTENT OF THE LAW is another matter. In court of public opinion this is a summary execution.
