It is purely nuts. There is a weak argument to be made not to *recommend* it to some groups that are at very low risk from covid. But even that is *very* weak. Every group is at greater risk from covid than from the vaccine (except people with certain allergies).

It doesn't "come from" the CM. It is a thing the CM discussed - and so do modern academics. Are you saying that modern academics should not discuss oppression, or they should use other words for it? But if they did, then modern translations of the CM would also use those word, so same problem.

That would be a good point - except for the fact that they are old *successful* ones. Rent stabilization worked and still works well. Many cities have free busses - works. City-run groceries - work just fine, end "grocery deserts" and help hold down prices. All those ideas are proven to work.
