Republicans tried to make the worst consequences/cuts hit after the midterms but millions (myself included) will feel this in November when we see our new premium rates. As the piece says it will impact everyone not just those getting premium assistance.

I think that’s an easy out and also not true at all. One major outlet like NYT relentlessly hammering a story or narrative leads to others following and the narrative spreading and slowly changing minds.
If you happen on a story that is “white supremacist tries to smear nonwhite person for accurately describing his background in order to block his mayoral chances,” it’s certainly a choice to a) publish at all b) adopt that person’s narrative

Casual viewer of MSNBC here. Had a convo with my financial advisor on 11/18 and told her I thought Trump was going to crash the economy (tariffs, fed layoffs, budget cuts) and was wondering if I should pull out and just move to HYS for a bit. And she said “Trump will be great for the stock market.”

I rewatched this recently and it is just as good as I remembered. It is definitely in my top 5 shows/series I’ve ever watched.
I honestly feel like the media goads him sometimes with these kinds of questions. Like they dangle bait and he takes it which really sucks for the rest of us who will have to live with the consequences.
I did the same a few months ago but went with YTTV. Was apprehensive but it’s to freeing. I love that I can easily cancel at any time and just try something else. May try Hulu+ live in a few months when my intro rate ends.
