The existance of the program itself hasnt necessarily been kept a secret. PoliticsGirl made a video 9 months ago, Adam Mockler & others held a creators webinar where they asked questions to democratic leaders. At the end of videos BTC has sometimes mentioned about Chorus that he created.
Most coaching & mentoring programs keep their content confidential. Nothing strange or unusual about that. It is the lack of disclosure about the funding that is the big issue here because is calls into question the credibility of all involved in the program.
And when Trump dies & Vance takes the throne remember we aren't out of danger - we cant celebrate until a pro-democracy leader is in the white house.

The only public information that indicates a source of funding i could find from your website was through your application for the program. Being a 501(c)(4) you of course dont have to, but considering the goal of Chorus it would endear trust which is highly important in the current climate.
The Chorus website also doesnt disclose that Chorus receives funding from the Sixteen Thirty Fund. The website is very sparce on information..
The right has banged on about a democrat dark money cabal for years. The lack of transparency of the funding creates the perception of confirmation of those accusations - we cant verify all donors to Sixteen Thirty as they dont disclose all donors which fits the dark money definition.
I think most people would agree that an organisation providing training & mentoring to help pro-democracy voices be elevated is needed & a good thing. It is understandable to want to keep the content of the program’s training confidential. The issue is the lack of disclosure about the funding.
Are there participants & providers that try milk the system? Yes of course but that is only a certain percentage & not an entire demographic. Thus we shouldnt paint an entire demographic as this or that - that is black & white thinking.

There are Autistics that get rejected from ndis because their evidence didn't demonstrate their functional issues qualify. Just as people w/ other diagnoses have because their evidence didnt demonstrate their functional issues to qualify.
Ndis has its set requirements to qualify to be on it. It is guided by being able to demonstrate functional issues to qualify not by diagnosis. If someone can demonstrate they need support then they likely qualify for ndis regardless of diagnosis.
How do you isolate all other possible variables when analysing if diagnoses correlate with NDIS? Our understanding of Autism has expanded over the last 6 or so years which has helped people be able to identify it more in kids & adults.
