Trump dying of Covid could have ended the cult. It was very unfortunate he lived and hundreds of thousands died from disinformation.
Yes this is true. Our friend is an ICU doc and he dealt with this daily. With the second wave, every patient he had to put on a ventilator (unvaccinated) died except one. She still refused the vaccine. He was distraught and on the cusp of leaving practice because of what he witnessed.
A reminder: our Trump supporting, former Republican friends, did not believe my MD husband on the mortality and morbidity he was seeing first hand from Covid. It’s pathological narcissism operating in his supporters. They’d rather get their way, suffer or even die than admit they’re wrong about him.
When the first doctor who reported Covid in China ended up dying of it, the Republican denialism of Covid’s severity shortly thereafter, is representative of a manipulative, narcissistic death cult. They would deny Covid before they’d deny Trump’s incompetence and malfeasance in the early stages.
