I cannot recommend a cleaning buddy enough if you've got ADHD. They don't have to clean, they just have to be present to get you back on track when you get distracted. My art studio still needs work but 5 hours of cleaning got it to a stage where the art clutter isn't overwhelming anymore.

Cucumbers and pickles are fine. Might get a little nausea but fats are the worst culprit since the gallbladder helps with digesting them. Now instead of my gallbladder releasing a bunch of stored bile just when I eat it's a constant lesser drip of bile from my liver.
I don't regret the surgery, not being in excruciating pain is worth the nausea. I just still hate it.
