I’m also on the early edge of kids who lived through mass shootings at school (‘96, in my school’s case). It seemed unthinkable at the time, even though it was nowhere near the first. But we didn’t know to fear it. Can’t imagine being in the age group who grew up fearing it, and still wanting kids.
