No, I missed it and I'm missing today. A lobster got loose in the kitchen n the sous chef freaked out n spilled 20 gallons of tomato sauce. I've been shop vac-ing the entire kitchen wondering if it would be a felony if I drowned the sous chef n left her in a puddle of sauce n didn't say anything.

She's on her 9th chance already. I'm kinda done. She overcooked the fish Saturday. Beautiful Atlantic salmon. Dry n dusty and burnt on the edges, she argued n said, "you're not a chef, you don't know". Bitch, I do every job here so if we have ppl out the line isn't affected. She don't get it.
