Real generals plan logistics not strategy. Pritzker needs to deny outside troops: Fuel, Shelter, and Food. Pass a state law to make it a crime for local vendors to supply fuel, shelter, and food. State Attorney General can enforce with $$ penalties against vendors. No need for police confrontation.
