He ended Federal grants for HIV research focused on LGBTQ+ communities, he ended anti-discrimination policies, he stripped tracking data from Federal surveys which makes tracking discrimination harder
He literally ended the LGBTQ+ crisis support and suicide hotlines, which primarily affects 1.5 million vulnerable young people. He also issued orders to stop Title IX enforcement protections for LGBTQ+ people in schools.
