I don't know, but his lack of visibility and dodging the press pool is pretty sketchy. And the WH is notoriously deceitful about everything. Something doesn't feel right.

I have never seen so many public servants protest the mismanagement of a government. Trumpists will point to this as proof of the deep state, but the reality is that these are professionals who are desperately trying to get the public to understand how bad things are.

We always seek to learn the motivation of a person who would do this as if that might help prevent these tragedies in the future. This happened because HE HAD GUNS. Until the focus is on better gun safety, the intent of the shooter is meaningless in finding a solution.

It is worth remembering that the Trump admin is way out over its skis here. To consolidate power, they need a solid administrative state. They gutted the administrative state before meaningfully attempting that consolidation. Now, they are flailing and facing dissent they can't contain.
