I’m not disagreeing that bringing down unsafe crossings is good but the easiest way to stop is is to give them a safe legal route to cross into the uk and Labour knows this. This is some sort of shitty compromise to bring down boat crossings without endorsing asylum seekers and losing those votes

It should be illegal to undermine the rules of law by accusing judges of being partisan or impartial and operating outside of the scope of the law. There should be a formal independent complaint process which requires evidence that allows fact based challenges against judges

Perceived inconsistencies in the justice system is not the same a two tier system. And for all the flaws in the justice system guess who was in charge for the last 14 years in which sentencing guidelines were created and reviewed and laws were made.
