I had really bad FOMO anxiety and “the world” anxiety. Therapy and moving out of New York after most of my life helped too.
Physically exhaust yourself a bit or a lot every day with exercise and stop using social media at 5 or so if you can. I’m up at 5 every day and asleep by 9-9:30 during the week. Used to be up to 2-3am every single day and sleep until 9, barely make it to work without a gallon of coffee.
