And just to explain why I asked that last question: It seems weird that you are getting bent out of shape that "not enough" people have died due to an unsafe practice for you to consider it worth mentioning in the context of the unsafe practice being reviewed.
Do you regularly walk to get around or do you usually drive? Do you consider a close call for a pedestrian to be concerning? How many people would need to die for you to consider the statistic worth mentioning? Like, a hard number.

I will never forget being told that I had to have the Condo Maintenance people replace the battery in my smoke detector despite me having just replaced it and they accidentally put in a nearly dead battery from another unit and took my good one with them so I had to replace it again a week later.

I was having a conversation about what I do for a living and when asked what the worst part of my job is I was thinking about it and considered "guys who think they know everything and wont' listen to reason", or "people who know nothing and panic over clicking on a text box"...

Perry Cherries has a small storefront just down the road from Keith Peaches' RV lot where he refurbishes and sells antique typewriters and adding machines. He gets a surprising amount of tourist business and his online sales keep him very comfortable.

50 chickens broken down, trimmed, set to soak in buttermilk... and grabbing the 50 i did yesterday to flour and dip and flour and dip and flour again before setting them in the cooler by the pressure fryer. I wish everyone knew how much exacting and difficult work goes into the "cheap and easy".
I have made so much food in my lifetime. So many meals. Days of pruny fingers and reeking of bacon. Dying in 50 degree heat in the summer and nearly psssing out from the reek of the grease pit out back. Chopping tomatoes for tabouleh until my skin peeled from the acid.
Thinking about how many thousands of bus tubs of onion rings I made at A&W and windering how many onions I ringed with that old and creaky onion cutter. Later worked at a place where I filled 3 5-gallon buckets with hand-peeled and diced potatoes every Friday and do another 6 of fries weekly!
