Horchata is a type of Mexican agua fresca. You soak rice and cinnamon overnight. Then blend it. Then add vanilla, milk, sugar, and a little Mexican chocolate. The chocolate and milk are unconventional but I love it. Blend again and serve over ice. Great with spicy food. Cools the palette

Taco Cabana is a fast/casual restaurant in Austin and a few cities in Texas. Its what we'd eat instead of a place like taco bell ๐คฎ. Theyre open late and also sell decent margaritas the taco and pie were about $5.50 so they're a good deal too. But above all tasty
I liked that the mango pie was nice and warm, but not scalding like the old days of McDonald's fried apple pies. Plus I prefer mango tajin ๐

Had a couple skin cancer removals this year. One was a melanoma and the other basal cell carcinoma. Caught it early. Cancer touches everyone's life and we need to keep promoting catching it early.
