Oh, Miss, it appears you have no real time experience in the courts, or with those in the legal profession (both bench and bar). Only a very small percentage are truly ethical. Some are almost entirely criminal (for example AG Bondi). The dysfunction in our courts is among the causes of Trump.

I think the window likely closed after the DNC, and elite corporate donors, rigged the last 3 primaries, completely ignoring the will of its constituent voters. Trump won 2 of those 3 general elections and because of that has been able to organize, and consolidate power.
