I think the worst decision (design wise) in The Star Wars Prequel trilogy was making everybody ALWAYS in Jedi Robes. I'm not bothered that the robes exist, as some are, but they really should have had more personnel outfits. Definitely one of the top tier fixes in the Clone Wars TV show.

Windows 10 and later is also set by default to only partial turn off with it's "fast boot setting", but this also means any benefits you might get from "turning it off and on again" are likely negated. So turning it off then unplugging it before turning it back on again might be a good idea too.
