My entire point was.... This isn't a perfect solution. However fixing it is more productive than repealing it and doing nothing. Lobby for improvement.

What about kids in the system? Or kids with crap parents? Do we only care about nice middle class kids?
Because all kids are safe in nice middle class families with parents looking out for them.... That's just not a solution, it simply makes vulnerable kids easier targets

Why? It's far from perfect but it's better than nothing at this point, if me having to verify my id helps prevent my kids accessing porn I'm ok with it. Don't let perfect be the enemy of good. I have no intention of crashing my motorcycle but I don't consider a helmet a restriction of my freedom. 🤷

I use two NATO gas mask bags clipped to each other and sling them over the tank, a bungee or zip tie at the bottom of each will stop them moving about
As a disabled man who is only entitled to the lower rate because I didn't have the secret formula to satisfy SIRCO even though I am incapable of walking a single step without a mobility aid. I would say you need serious reform of the system to ensure those who actually need it get it.
I think the main issue with the current system it is more dependent on your ability to satisfy sirco with correct format form filling than your actual medical needs. Hence my view that reform is needed. It must be taken out of the private sector and be simplified with actual medical oversight

What the fuck are you on. Of course it needs changing, if maximum mobility needs don't qualify you for the mobility scheme it's wrong. ADHD shouldn't qualify you for a car. Not being able to walk or use public transport should.
Nope, I get the maximum points for mobility but because I'm not mentally unstable or difficult of thinking I score 0 points in the other section and therefore don't have enough points for motability or the higher rate. £25 a week is all I get and given prosthetics cost £10k it doesn't go far
The PIP scheme is wrong and needs overhauling. I've only got 1 leg, I can't walk a single step without a mobility aid or a wheelchair I only qualify for the lowest rate pip because I can process information and plan things. I therefore don't qualify for the motability scheme
That's not true, I only have 1 leg and no colon but I don't qualify for notability because I can use my brain. The entire system seems to be designed for people who really shouldn't be driving cars.

I have a work phone with no life on it and a life phone with no work on it. Makes it far easier to switch off, literally and I get more done when I am working because there are no distractions.

The last time I bought a new bike was a KE100 in 1988, all the bikes I currently own are actually older than that 🤦🏽♀️
