My stray actually showed up twice. But the second time, I realized the neighbors had moved & left it behind. I panicked bc I knew my dog wouldn’t let it stay. When the cop showed up he was clearly expecting some huge ferocious dog, but when saw it he suddenly remembered his wife wanted a dog lol
I had a stray puppy show up at my house a few years ago and my dog was so upset I brought the pup inside, she SNARLED (the first time she’d ever done that). I was lucky to have backyard w/ some shade where it could stay until I could knock on doors & find its owner (I eventually did).

Playing with the hotel pallet jacks was always the favorite part of my job that wasn’t actually part of my job. Our shipping & receiving guy loved it when he saw me coming because he knew I was about to do his labor for him lol
Yeah, it was jacked higher than it needed to be, but it also gives a clear view that the skids themselves didn’t drag along the ground. It cut too tight of a corner, which is easy to do w/ a pallet jack, but it didn’t cut the pavement. It probably did more damage to that bush lol.
The pallet jack was actually jacked high enough to give a clear view that only the wheels ever touched the ground. The load itself was tilted (hence the guy walking alongside it), but the skids didn’t drag.
I pallet jack (not a cart) cut a corner too tight (very easy to do w/ a pallet jack); it did NOT cut a 25 yard gash in the pavement. He’s just looking for an excuse not to pay contractors…again.
If he ever did an honest day’s work in his life, he’d know that’s a pallet jack—not a steel cart. The only thing it cut was a close corner. No way it cut through stone. The load was tilted (hence the guy supporting it), but you can clearly see that no part of the jack was scraping the ground.
