I think what most "leftism"currently is, is just the vestiges of punk culture with no outlet because punk is essentially dead. Most leftists are just left liberals, (great!), but there's no great punk album to make a soundtrack or a dress code. The dress code is only being ironic online.

This is true, but I think there are features concerning face shape that are less affected. You can see an image of a woman's face from some indigenous tribe and have a good guess as to gender. Also trans people *also* often perform those rituals. I don't think it's 100% *not* constructed though.

Arguably constructed in part, (there are forms of dress etc. that could provide more/less stealth for trans men or trans women), but I think it's *generally* easier to form a body, (and particularly a face), into an outwardly masculine one, and more difficult to do the opposite once formed.
