It was a good run this morning. The temperature was 19°, no wind. I extended my circuit by 450 metres. It's not much, but I want to do it correctly. The park was very busy; I was zigzagging around people a lot. Met up with 2 runners & 3 cyclists, waved hello. #running

Today's bike ride was a longer ride that took me up to highway 126 & all of Indian Mountain Road. It started off cool & I turned around & changed into my long sleeve vest. Later on, the sun came out & it was a bit warm. Sigh... Trying to do longer runs, have something planned in 2 weeks. #cycling

This afternoon's bike ride went really went. I had good legs. It's one of these days when you feel like you could do another 5-10km. The weather was perfect at 20° & only a slight south breeze. Forgot my phone again, no photo. #cycling

This afternoon's run was my first run in Irishtown Nature Park in 3 weeks. After being closed due to very dry conditions, the city parks reopened earlier this week. I missed this place. It was great running in these woods again. Met up with 1 runner, waved hello. #running

This evening was a short bike ride. With a lot of family obligations, I was lucky to get even a short ride. I dressed for a cool evening, but I would have been fine in short sleeves. I saw a mother deer & her fawn, the photo from my phone is at 30x zoom, but I got them well enough. #cycling #deer

This afternoon's run was inside the city. The parks have been reopened, but as I had a family outing this evening, I wanted to start my run as quickly as possible. The sun was still strong, but the air temperature was only 23°, so I was fine. Met up with 2 cyclists ,waved hello. #running

This evening's bike ride was in the neighbouring city. I explored a few new subdivisions that are probably going to be pretty nice. It was also nice to get back outside for some exerciser as yesterday's air quality was terrible. Met up with 1 cyclist, waved hello. No photo, forgot phone. #cycling

Everything about this evening's bike ride was better than yesterday's. I had more energy. I felt so good that the strong south wind didn't bother me, even when it was a cross wind. That's how good I felt. Also, earlier today, tried an E-bike for the 1st time. It was interesting. #cycling

Today's bike ride was early enough in the morning before the heat kicked in. The ride went well, though I was a bit tired. I think I'm not eating a proper breakfast on Saturdays & that's getting to me. Will try to improve next time. #cycling

Today's bike ride was a light ride with my daughter in the town of Shediac through its trail system. They have some good circuits that you can use both trails & streets for some 5,6 or 9km rides. If you want to do light bike rides, it's a good place. #cycling

This evening's bike ride was a bit cool. The wind has shifted out of the north, producing a surprising wind chill. I wore my long sleeve vest, so was fine. Even better, whatever was making me tired 2 days ago has passed. Climbed hills 1, 2 &b 3 on 4th gear. #cycling

Back from vacation & back on the bike this evening's ride. After the incredible heat this week, we had a small rain shower this afternoon. That drove up the humidity to 85%. Drank plenty of fluids. Hills were hard to climb, but took my time with them. #cycling

I am on vacation in PEI, so this morning's run was there. I only ran about 45 minutes as the temperature was already rapidly climbing. I wound up on a dead-end road next to a bay that was full of mosquitoes. Did not stay long. Views were nice. #running
I had to be careful planning out my route for this evening's bike ride. Due to the very hot temperatures (32°), hot west breeze (glad it's not a strong wind) and incredibly dry conditions, there is a forest fire in Irishtown. Did not affect route, but planned for it. Ride went well. #cycling #fire

This evening's bike felt good. There was only a slight breeze out of the north, so it was full speed ahead. In fact, things went so well that I accidentally climbed hill #3 on 5th gear & only noticed when I was near the top. Huff, huff... The sun itself was very red due to wispy clouds. #cycling
It was back on the trails for this evening's run. With the temperature at 22° and the humidity at 53%, it was great for running. I thought that I would be tired, yet I was able to keep up a good constant pace. Saw a deer who is developing a good set of antlers. #running #deer
This evening's bike ride was better & less better than yesterday's. The skies have cleared, so that air was much better. However, the wind has shifted to the north, so that makes my regular run feel odd. Still, a good run. Passed 1 cyclist who was taking their time. #cycling

Today's bike ride was hard to do. The air quality is very bad due to the forest fires in the Prairie Provinces 3000km away. It seemed like I could never really get going. It took a long time for my legs to warm up. Drank plenty of fluids. #cycling
This morning's run was in Kouchibouguac National Park. It's beautiful there. Part of the run was on the coast. I also put on insect repellent. Only got bit once so huge victory for me. Met up with 4 runners & lots of recreational cyclists. Waved hello to as many as I could. #running
This afternoon's run went well. The wind has shifted to the north & that brought cooler temperatures at 23°. I did the side trails today. It's very dry, so the normally muddy trails are great for running. Saw a small snake at one point. Took a photo without bothering it. #running #snake

Got lucky 2x for this evening's bike ride. Saw some rain to my northwest, but only a few drops fell on me. Arriving home, the asphalt was soaked. I had completely gone around the rain. 20 minutes after that, it rained again. Today's tally: Vincent 2; weather 0. #cycling
